Of these, Hulu currently offers the best value for Parks and Recreation is a comedy about the bumbling exploits of the office staff of the Parks Department of a fictional town in Indiana. A superb cast with outstanding comic timing (led by the inimitable Amy Poehler as hyper-enthusiastic parks pundit Leslie Knope) sets this series well above all would-be rivals.
